As a Supply Chain Assistant at CPO, you will be an integral part of our logistics and operations team, providing support in various aspects of the supply chain process. From inventory management to customer communication, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and information. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, efficient, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inspect, sort, pack, arrange, categorize, and scan products according to established procedures.
2. Perform basic data entry tasks.
3. Respond to email inquiries from customers in a timely and professional manner, providing updates on order status and addressing any concerns or questions.
4. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other basic computer skills required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
