Job Description:

• Financial Planning & Analysis:Develop and manage budgets, capital expenditure plans, and accounting practices to ensure alignment with regulations.
  Analyze financial reports and projections to assess company performance against industry benchmarks and strategic objectives.
  Assist in the preparation of board and shareholder resolutions.
  Support filing compliance with regulations and statutory requirements.
• Treasury Management:Oversee cash flow management, including forecasting, budgeting, and reconciliation.

  Administer intercompany loans and manage FX and trade financing needs for business units.
  Identify and evaluate potential financial opportunities and risks.
• Accounting & Audit Support:Assist with monthly management accounts and annual financial statements, adhering to accounting standards and group guidelines.
