• Assist the Condominium Manager with the day-to-day operation of the building/ condominium:
• Supervise and coordinate all maintenance and administrative staff assigned to the building/condominium.
• Carry out all maintenance functions to the highest standard expected of the client and the subsidiary proprietors.
• Leads a team of personnel providing maintenance, finance, security, fire safety and car park management.
• Ensure all contract works/ routine servicing are carried out as specified in their contracts agreement.
• Review all contracts, agreements and insurance before their expiry and recommend renewal or call for quotation/tender.
• Coordinate council meetings and general meetings.
• General administrative duties and other duties assigned.

• Good administrative and Computer literacy.
• Mature and outgoing personality.

Retail Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

- Serve as the main point of contact, greet and assist customers with product inquires

and recommendations.

- Manage sales transactions, process payments and handle returns/exchanges.

- Restock shelves and ensure products are displayed attractively.

- Assist with inventory management, including stocktaking and organizing new stock.

- Set up and participate in store events or creative workshops for children.

- Maintain a clean, organized and inviting store environment.

- Provide support with any administrative tasks.

- Assist with online orders and packaging.

Terms and Requirements:

- Prior work experience in retail or customer service is a plus
