RESPONSIBILITIES

The Engineer shall plan and install delivery links to send the audio video feeds from the event sites to the designated location(s) by deploying suitable technologies. He is to ensure the feed received at the designated location is of broadcast quality and monitor them throughout the events. • Work closely with the Department management and Dean's Office to manage the programmes' admission cycles, e.g. programme promotion, programme website, etc, and to upkeep the programmes' quality.

• Manage the administration of the programmes' examinations, including PhD Qualifying Examinations and PhD/MSc thesis examinations.

• Provide other or ad hoc support to the Department as deemed necessary.

• Degree holder with minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.

• Mature, meticulous and possess a high level of responsibility.

• Strong customer relations management experience.
