WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT

• THE WINE DISTRIBUTION CO.

Job Description:

You will be part of a tight, close-knit warehouse team that manages the daily operational warehouse functions for THE WINE DISTRIBUTION CO. (TWDC).

Together as a team, you will support the Warehouse & Logistics Manager in ensuring proper maintenance of warehouse inventory, updating of shipment records, ordering of required items and ensuring accurate information is put on record.

• Safe movement or inventory and materials across facilities; sorting, organizing and storing of inventory in proper locations
• Picking, packing and labeling of items correctly, ensuring accurate processing of inventory for delivery
• Removing inventory from trucks / shipment delivery for stocking or delivery to proper locations
• Checking of delivered items to ensure quality / quantity is correct
• Reporting of any possible damaged or missing inventory to direct Supervisor
• Stacking and organizing of large / bulky items using proper machinery where required
• Updating of logs and documentation for inventory processing
• Generation of Purchase Orders / Delivery Orders, and due follow-up tasks
• Maintenance of good housekeeping in warehouse and retail spaces
• Ensure workplace is free of debris and removal of safety hazards from aisles
• Adhere to safe operating procedures and workplace safety at all times
• Assist is preparation of documentation and inventory for audits
• Any other skill-development or ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Prior related experience in a warehouse environment will be advantageous but not necessary as training and guidance will be provided!

• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced, yet fun environment
• Great communication skills with positive, interpersonal skills

Beach House Pictures are looking for a Assistant Producer, you should have proven experience of setting up major location shoots in Asia and a thorough understanding of complex travel logistics management.

You should also have previous experience of budget management and be able to anticipate potential production issues and find creative solutions whilst simultaneously managing a range of duties with tight deadlines.

Familiarity with project deliverables and production paperwork including releases is a distinct advantage.

You must be detail oriented, diligent, and hardworking, a strong communicator and should work well individually or as part of a team. You should possess strong problem solving, organisational and time management skills and thrive under pressure.

You will report to the Production Manager and provide day-to-day support to your production team.
