Drive the passenger vehicle daily to provide transport for the clients attending the Day Care Centre, Dementia Care Centre and Day Rehab Centre.

This involves and includes the maintenance of the vehicle(s) owed by the Senior Care Centre.

Provide custodial care for clients attending day care and day rehabilitation.

Driver

• Render assistance and supervision of the clients, ensuring client comfort and safety, according to the standards set by SCC when clients are boarding, alighting and traveling in the vehicle
• Pick up and drop off clients at the designated location and assist them to the centre or to the drop off location
• Assist in the transfer of clients where necessary
• Help the clients settle down and be strapped safely after boarding the vehicle.
• Accompany clients to the designated block where necessary
• Accompany clients in vehicle to ensure they are comfortable and safe during the journey
• Maintain good housekeeping and cleanliness of the vehicles

Care Staff

• Supervising clients to carry out their routine re-habilitation, therapy and diversional activities.
• Serve meals including tea/ coffee breaks to clients and may require to feed clients
• Assisting elderly in toileting
• Ensuring the cleanliness of the centre at all times and carry out the necessary cleaning daily.

Job Description:

Perform effective and efficient duties on all General Admin and HR related tasks (eg foreign employment applications, renewal and cancellation, payroll, coordination on employees’ training, insurance matters, maintains a variety of logs and files, replenishment of office supplies.

Answering calls with proper telephone etiquette; takes message and route them in a timely and accurate manner.

Manage time-attendance records, leave benefits through system, create required reports timely, etc.

Any other adhoc duties as and when required.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years’ experience in an administrative and support role including HR

• Fast learner and able to multi-task

• Positive working attitude and willing to learn

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office

• Able to work independently

• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

• Ability to prioritize work assignments among conflicting demands

Willing to travel to Tuas

Handling of Administrative matters and HR matters.

Document preparation, data entry and filing

Update and maintain employees' database (in Excel and infotech)

Requirements

Min 1 yr experience

Job Purpose:

Support and process Remittance, Cheque Clearing, GIRO and back-up for treasury transactions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Process remittance, cheque clearing and GIRO transactions.
• Check, reconcile all incoming/outgoing applications for remittance, cheque clearing and GIRO transactions to ensure that they are processed and accounted for at the end of day.
• Follow through all the transactions end to end and act as a single point of contact for customers.
• Investigate and follow up on unreconciled transactions and failed trades.
• Prepare monthly statistics reports, MAS and HK Head Office reports.
• Back-up for treasury transactions such as FX and MM.
• Support frontline and adhere to anti-money laundering / counter terrorist financing requirement and sanction risks controls in accordance with regulatory standards and CNCBI policies.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum “A” level or Diploma qualification from a recognised institution.
• Minimum 5 years of remittance, cheque clearing and GIRO experience.
• Working knowledge of SWIFT.
• Prior experience with treasury settlement operations and treasury system will be an added advantage.

Job Purpose

Manage restaurant environment, handle and schedule regular maintenance and upkeep of restaurant, such as pest control, servicing, etc

Schedule staff roster to ensure good and sufficient allocation of manpower for service

Ensure balanced allocation of duties and shift to staff, following regulated work hours and rest days

Handle customer feedback calmly, professionally and efficiently at all times, resolving any disputes and recovering service effectively

Stand-in and cover duties of any area requiring support

Ability to work under demanding and strenuous situations

To perform overtime whenever required

To check and maintain outlet repair and maintenance duties

Attend any necessary training in regards of the restaurant operations

Ensure the outlet is run in an efficient manner and proper service is offered at all times

Oversees overall day-to-day operations in the Dining Hall area, Pantry and Stewarding sections

Oversees overall operations in Private rooms, ensuring smooth flow of service

Resolve any reservation and cashiering issues

Handle restaurant petty cash disbursements and reimbursements

Adhering to Quality and Standards

Manage restaurant inventory levels, handling purchasing of necessary items when necessary

Ensure all special requirements needed for service or food are prepared for and carried out for customers

Ensure areas are well equipped, well prepared, clean and safe for operations, before and after each shift

Ensure equipment, cutleries and crockeries are in good condition and in sufficient quantities for operations

Keeping the management /Chef updated on any food delay, complaints and customers feedback

Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

· GCE ‘O’ Level or above

· Minimum 1 year of Admin experience

· Computer literacy in Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Words.

· Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and able to meet deadlines

· Meticulous and detailed oriented, good filing system

· Possess and inquisitive and analytical mind and proactive in problem finding and resourceful in problem solving

· Excellent inter-personal skills, problem solving skills and a team player
