• Support FS team, develop collaborations, grow FS sales and handle all customer requests for all brands.
• Develop and support annual marketing calendar, plan and implement a creative and integrated marketing program and campaign(4P's)
• Manage BTL executions (trade marketing, tactical promotion, sampling exercise, premiums sourcing, POS materials, dress-up) with 3rd party vendors.
• Manage brand’s social media, website and content approval independently with digital media agencies with the objective of increasing sales turnover and profitability.
• Manage pricing across all channels with the approval of senior marketing manager.
• Ensure brand activations/promotions are rolled out in timely manner across MT, GT, Ecom.
• Support to plan, develop, and implement launch of new products.
• Support & ensure on-shelf merchandising standards.

Inventory Management (25%)

• Manage sales demand planning (ROF)
• Coordinate closely with logistics for incoming shipment tracking. Accurately reflect supplier in-coming changes, ad-hoc review and follow-up action plans with supplier/supply team to minimize overstocks.
• Work closely with supply chain team to ensure correct ordering mix across all skus with overall stock holding days kept within contractual.
• Prompt review and action on the obsolesces to minimize the non-working or slow-moving inventory.

Brand Management - E-Commerce Business (15%)

• Brand custodian/champion for selected brands
• Develop and manage E-commerce business, promotions, and awareness working closely with channel managers.
• Support in development of feature ads/image requirements.
• Support to manage brand & trade marketing plans and A&P expenses

1. Performance Enhancement and Feedback- Regularly evaluating the front desk team's performance in providing excellent service, effective customer communication, sales proficiency, positive customer experiences, professional conduct, and packaging through a 360-degree feedback loop involving various stakeholders for centre under their purview.

3. Sales and Growth- Achieve assigned monthly lead generation, sales/ enrolments and lead-conversion targets, in addition to any other targets that may be set by the management in relation to centre growth.
