Job Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources or equivalent with at least 10 years of HR experience. Preferably with at least 3 years of experience managing HR team.
• Excellent knowledge of local employment law, MOM regulations and HR best practices
• Resourceful, self-driven with positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Strong writing, influencing and communication skills
• Independent with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with HRIS / Unit4 Prosoft software preferred

Job Description

• Provide administrative support to Purchase Department
• Liaise and follow up with suppliers / vendors
• Make sure correct items quoted & match with site requirement
• Matching of supplier’s invoices with supporting documents such as PR, PO & DO
• Prepare relevant reports for purchasing
• Assist in obtaining quotes from suppliers
• Daily reconcile diesel usage, billing and ordering
• Monitoring tanker fleet status
• General Data Entry & Filing
• All other related or ad-hoc duties as and when required.

• At least 1 year relevant working experience
• Required skill(s): MS Office, MS Word.
• Preferably with experience and knowledge in order processing for spare parts

• Assists management in office administration and administrative duties for transportation department
• Assist in preparation of payroll and salary allocation reports.
• Manage and prepare correspondences, quotations, billings and all reports.
• Ensure proper documentation and control of Letter of Employment and other relevant documentation.
• Manage drivers’ database and maintain record of drivers’ attendance/ movement chart.
• Assist in traffic accident / incident reporting and insurance submission claims
• Responsible for timely & accurate data entry and inputs.
• Ensure smooth and efficient circulation of documents within departments.
• Other ad hoc job assigned by superiors
