• Handle general clients’ enquiries, quotations, order processing, and fulfillment
• Renewal company license
• Accounts Payable ( Invoices and Payments )
• Updating of suppliers/ vendors list
• In-charge in office administration work for Finance / Operation / HR department
• Workers injured insurance claim
• Follow up on company vehicles for inspection/Road Tax/Vehicle Insurance
• Handle in maintaining of workers timesheets to process and manage monthly payroll
• Documents controlling and filing
• Perform any ad hoc assignments as and when required
