Job Description
Running of errands
- Conveying messages to the parents and staff in the school.
Data entry
- Recording late coming of students.
- Recording loan of uniforms to students
Daily Updates of Student Absence data
- Record the daily student report sick data in the logbooks
Receiving and registering documents
- Receive and register documents in the front office.
Sorting and storing of files
- Sort out and keep the daily files at the office counter.
- Any adhoc duties tasked by the school leaders
Requirements
- Possess GCE 'O' Level Certificate or equivalent
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Have at least 3 years of experience as a receptionist.
- Having prior general administration experience working in a school environment would be an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications, e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Able to use basic Internet sites e.g. Gmail, WhatsApp Web, etc.
- Able to communicate well with students, aged 13 to 17 years old.
Working hours
- Part-Time Morning Front Desk Admin Assistant (1 slot)
- Mondays to Fridays: 6:30am to 12:30pm (no lunch break included)
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
- Part-Time Afternoon Front Desk Admin Assistant (1 slot)
- Mondays to Fridays: 12.30pm to 6.30pm (no lunch break included)
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
