Looking for full time clinic assistant at O&G Specialist Clinic.

1) Singapore Citizen/PR

2) Female

3) 5.5 day work week

No prior experience required as training will be provided on the job.

-Job scope is akin to a receptionist but includes chaperone duties for doctors.

-Friendly working environment.

-Requires cheerful personality as there is day to day interaction with patients.

-Customer relations experience will be relevant.

-Requires basic computer literacy.

-Pay will commensurate with experience. -13th month bonus and performance bonuses offered.

Salary From $2,400.00 per month

Mon to Fri 9am - 6pm

Job Requirements

• Assist the CEO and Director of the company in responding to emails from the customer

• Assist in sales by generating and following up on business leads

• Identify potential customers, reach out to them with business proposal etc

• Follow-up via emails and phone calls and assist with enquiries

• Support client acquisition and retention by understanding customer requirements

• Work closely with the Sales Support team in a fast-paced environment to execute sales activities

• Performing administrative tasks such as filing, data entry and answering phone calls

Requirements :

• Technical knowledge of telecommunication equipment or IT will be an added advantage

• Must be driven, resourceful and collaborative

• Min Diploma holders. Degree in electrical or electronics will be an added advantage

• Possess right attitude to learn and support

• No specific technical knowledge or skill is expected in this role
