Mon - Fri: 8.00am - 4.30pm (latest is end at 6pm)

Sat: 8.00am - 12.30pm (latest ends at 2.00pm)

Job scope:

- Perform daily operations of the pharmacy and provide quality customer service

- Operating cash register and handling of cash in the pharmacy

- Replenish stocks in the pharmacy and ensure proper merchandising of products

- Inspect stock conditions & perform goods receipts and handle inter-branch transfers

- Assist the supervisor in the counting of stocks in cycle counts and stock takes

- Maintain proper records of daily sales and customer counts e.g. Perform data entries in inventory system

- Assist the supervisors in administrative matters & orientating new staff on retail workflows as well as pharmacy activities

- Ensure that the computer systems are ready to serve patients at the start of the day

- Maintain the security of stocks, premise and stored information at all times

Requirements:

- Min. GCE N or O level with at least 2 years pharmacy retail experience

- Excellent service oriented and has good interpersonal skills

- Good team player and self-motivated
