Scope:

• Conduct market research, data analysis and organise information for marketing strategy
• Organise and coordinate programme outreach in a timely and cost-effective manner
• Initiate and organise discussion with various partners and stake holders for program outreach.
• Organise and coordinate local and overseas roadshows and info sessions.
• Prepare programme collaterals
• Oversee digital marketing campaign
• Create social media contents
• Follow up on various marketing efforts to track the effectiveness
• Enhance programme branding.
• Plan & execute engagement activitie
• Oversee administrative support required
• Process claims from grants, where available
• Attend to audit query and exercise.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in any discipline, preferably with 3 to 5 years relevant work experience in university school environment
• Knowledge in marketing, branding and project management is ideal
• Budget planning and revenue projection
• Experience in processing claims from grants
• Capability to work independently to drive the execution of projects
• Demonstrated resourcefulness, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask efficiently
