• Shaping - Understanding the amount of portion filling, roll up without damaging the dough, shape properly and according to the procedure

• Baking - Understanding and following the baking procedure and process

• Filing - Can weight correctly and understand the expiration date of each filling

• Sanitation – Understand and follow the correct cleaning procedures

• Other duties – Any ad-hoc duties as required by the manager such as housekeeping

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience of bakery culinary

• Rotating shift (44 hrs 6 days - Day and night shift )

Main Responsibilities:

• Register patients, attend to phone calls, schedule appointments and follow ups.
• Prepare and dispense medications and consumables
• Payment collection
• General administrative duties in the clinic assigned by the clinic supervisor/manager
• Arranges logistics for prescribed tests
• Updating of medical billings/invoices
• Responsible for monthly stock taking of drugs and consumables
• Assist Doctor in providing treatment and medical examination
• Providing high quality patient care service experience
• Assists in maintaining the cleanliness and serviceability of the clinic
• Willing to work shifts (morning / afternoon / night) and weekends

Working Location:

• Bukit Merah

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 9:00am to 1:00pm ; 2.30pm to 5:00pm
• Saturday : 9:00am to 1:30pm

Requirements:

• Singaporean/ PR
• Experience in healthcare setting will be an advantage. Otherwise training is provided.
• Able to speak English, Mandarin, and Dialects such as Hokkein, Cantonese.
• Computer-literate. Able to operate MS Word, MS Excel, and digital healthcare apps.
