• Liaise closely with Project Managers, clients, main contractors, consultants and authority etc. on all safety and health issues.

• Must possess the WSHO certificate

• Minimum 2 years of relevant construction safety experience

Job Description - Administrator:

1. Administrative work – scheduling of appointments; consultations, follow-ups, admission/discharge; 1- OR 2-way transport arrangement; admission form update.

2. Understanding ISP (Integrated Shield Plans) and PA (Personal Accident) plans – Coverage, benefits and limitations; claims process; difference between insurer.

3. Maintaining relationship with Clients – Checking in on Client’s status; Medication and recovery status after procedure/surgery.

4. Updates – Google calendar and client’s group chat.

5. Documentation – Clinic bills; MC (Medical Certificate)/HL (Hospital Leave) validity; discharge summary; medical reports; CPAs (Certificate of Pre-Authorization); pre-preparation documents and information needed to send us before 1stConsultation/Admission.

6. Following Guidelines – zero error approach; sense of urgency; responsiveness; integrity on responsibility.

7. Home visitation for clients – golden hours 7-8pm; mandatory.

8. Arrangements of Physio sessions – prepare clients for minimum of 10 sessions.

Sales Flow:

1. Enquiry

2. Fact finding – ISP, PA, medical history, wish list of clients.

3. Seek approval of cases from Boss/senior administrator.

4. Opening group chat – Referral source, client’s details, policy activated, NRIC front and back, screenshot of policies.

5. Preparing The Plan and updating the google calendar

6. Follow through closely with the clients – 1st consultation, scans/scopes and reviews (if required), admission/discharge, follow ups.

7. Finding referrals.
