Position Summary

• To support the growing climate & sustainability / ESG advisory and assurance business across the region, our client seek for Seniior Consultant or Consultants to join thier dynamic team. As a member of our team, you will assist the managers, directors, and partners on ESG advisory and assurance engagements.

Job Description:

• You will work with managers, directors, and partners to deliver a range of climate and ESG advisory engagements, including sustainability reporting and assurance, financial impact assessment of sustainability, climate change and carbon, sustainable finance, sustainability data management and analytics, and sustainability communication. You will assist with all aspects of the end-to-end engagement process, including working to agreed timetables, developing the scope of work and deliverables, developing appropriate work programmes, and drafting deliverables.

Qualifications:

• Two to five years of working experience in audit/ attestation engagements, preferably with prior
• ESG related work experience. Or relevant experience in ESG advisory. Fresh graduates with internship
• experience on sustainability will also be considered for Associate.

Required Skills

• Degree or above from a recognized university or institution in a ESG related degree or equivalent work experience.
• Inquisitive mind with a strong passion for sustainability and ESG issues.
• Demonstrate strong writing skills and an ability to translate recommendations and other ideas effectively and concisely in reports, presentation materials, client proposals and other written communication.
• Be a self-starter who takes ownership of tasks and team performance, and proactively seeks out ways to better address our clients’ needs.
• Willingness and demonstrated experience in quickly and effectively climbing learning curves.
• Focus on delivering high-quality work whilst maintaining excellent attention to detail.
• Demonstrate professionalism and poise in working with and presenting to clients and in developing relationships with potential clients.
• IT literacy with sound knowledge and experience of Excel/Word/PowerPoint.

Our client, a Global MNC, has an opportunity for a Winner to join the Team as a Senior Finance Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with divisions to structure contracts.
• Ensure contract compliance, facilitate approval process.
• Provide sales data for ad-hoc requests, collaborate with finance teams.
• Monitor sales pipeline and partner with divisions to proactively look out for contracts that needs to be developed.
• Update contract template with relevant financial metrics (management rates, product costs, price lists, and SG&A rates ) bi-annually.
• Support Divisions in Pricing Increase Exercises.
• Ensure Price Increase implementation by customer or product is communicated with Local Finance teams.
• Analyze any irregularity and report to FP&A team for monthly business review with management.
• Participate in monthly business review meetings with Division Lead, identify risks, implement action plans.
• Generate Pricing & Portfolio review files for discussion.
• Partner with Commercial Teams on identifying and tracking Margin Improvement and Innovation projects.
• To proactively review low margin products/accounts and inform division leaders.
• Generate report to FP&A team for monthly business review with management.
• Have monthly meetings with Division Leads/Marketing to review customer profitability, address risks with action plans.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Finance or Accounting
• Minimum 5 years experience required
• Knowledge of Citrix BI, EPM, and PowerBI
