Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic assistant marketing & PR manager to join our full service F&B consultancy arm. Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Communications, the successful candidate will play a key role in developing innovative marketing campaigns, enhancing brand visibility and driving customer engagement for our clients in the F&B, hospitality and institutional catering sectors in Singapore and the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing, branding and public relations strategies to
promote clients’ brands, products and services across various platforms
- Conduct Swot analysis for clients to identify untapped opportunities and
increase profitability
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns, including digital, social media
and email marketing, and content creation to drive brand awareness and
customer engagement
- Work with external vendors to extend our scope of services. Analyse and
prepare data reports and provide recommendations on performance and
insights
- Drive the execution of media events, craft press releases and develop
engaging media pitches to secure media coverage and enhance brand
visibility
- Coordinate media tastings, press activities, and facilitate media enquiries and
interview requests
- Strengthen relationships with local and regional media, develop pitch angles
and track press coverage
- Maintain and strengthen client relationships
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends,
consumer preferences and opportunities for client growth and differentiation
- Provide administrative support, including maintaining databases, managing
project timelines and coordinating logistics for marketing & PR activities
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices in
marketing and PR activities
Requirements
- Minimum diploma or degree in PR, Marketing, Mass Communications,
- Journalism or equivalent professional certification
- Minimum 3 years working experience, with at least 2 years in a PR or
- integrated marketing agency. Those with more years of experience may be
- considered for a marketing and public relations manager role.
- Experience in F&B, consumer or lifestyle PR with proven campaign track
- record
- Established network of media contacts and relationships with influencers/key
- opinion leaders with track record of successful pitches and campaigns
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, social media management
- and content management systems.
- Excellent organisation skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask and
- prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Enjoys collaborating within a dynamic team environment, exchanging ideas,
- sharing insights and driving collective success
- Proactive, adaptable, resourceful and persuasive
