JCE is seeking a highly experienced Education Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of relevant experience in educational consulting, curriculum development, academic tutoring and setting up new education systems. This role involves advising on and developing educational strategies to support the academic growth of students, ensuring alignment with both their individual needs and the objectives of the tutoring centre.

As an Education Consultant, you will work closely with the management team, tutors, and parents to identify opportunities for academic improvement and design effective strategies to enhance student performance. You will also be instrumental in fostering the continuous professional development of our tutors to maintain the highest standards of educational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ academic needs and collaborate with tutors to design and implement customized learning plans that foster academic success.
• Provide expertise on curriculum planning and design for subjects including English, Math, and Science, ensuring content is engaging, comprehensive, and aligned with local academic standards.
• Track and evaluate student progress, preparing reports for parents and management to communicate academic achievements and areas for improvement.
• Offer guidance, training, and support to tutors, helping them refine their teaching methods and stay updated with best practices in education.
• Act as the primary point of contact for parents regarding their children’s academic development. Provide regular updates, feedback, and recommendations to ensure positive student outcomes.
• Stay informed on the latest educational trends, assessment methods, and best practices in teaching to continually enhance the tutoring programs at JCE.
• Work closely with management to ensure the alignment of educational strategies with JCE’s goals, mission, and vision.
• Assist in positioning JCE as a leader in the educational consulting space by developing innovative and data-driven approaches to learning.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in educational consulting, curriculum development, tutoring, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or a relevant field; Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., PGDE, EdD, etc.) is highly desirable.
• In-depth understanding of curriculums, educational policies, and examination systems.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to provide constructive feedback to students, parents, and tutors.
• Proven ability to mentor and train educators to deliver exceptional learning experiences.
• A passion for student-centered learning, with a strong commitment to helping students achieve their academic potential.
• Ability to identify issues quickly and propose effective solutions in a proactive, solution-oriented manner.
• Familiarity with educational technology tools and platforms to support learning and assessment processes.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of international educational frameworks or experience in a bilingual or multicultural learning environment.

Eligibility

• Establish clients’ financial goals and recommend solutions, to help them achieve their financial goals.
• Understand your client's financial objectives and investment requirements
• Work closely with investors in proposing, delivering, and executing solutions for clients; as well as identifying new opportunities
• Stay updated on investment challenges, regulatory changes, and internal operational requirements to engage in informed discussions with clients.

• Minimum Diploma qualification is any field
• Confident in sales presentation and outgoing nature.
