Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs, company culture, and strategic goals.
• Provide expert advice on hiring trends, market conditions, and candidate availability.
• Negotiate terms of business and service agreements with new and existing clients.
• Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals, to source Mandarin-speaking candidates.
• Conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for client roles.
• Maintain a database of Mandarin-speaking professionals for current and future opportunities.
• Match suitable candidates to client vacancies, ensuring alignment with job requirements and career aspirations.
• Arrange interviews, provide feedback to both clients and candidates, and manage the offer process.
• Foster strong connections with Mandarin-speaking professionals and industry networks.
• Attend networking events, career fairs, and industry conferences to expand the talent pool.
• Track recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and client satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions with clients and candidates using a CRM system.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, data privacy regulations, and company policies.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or sales is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with industries requiring Mandarin-speaking professionals, such as technology, finance, or trade, is a plus.
• Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Bullhorn, Workday, or Lever.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• CRM tools and online sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and JobStreet.
• Familiarity with business-level Mandarin for communication with stakeholders in China, Taiwan, or Hong Kong is an advantage.
• Prior experience in hiring candidates in China & Hongkong region is mandatory.
• Experience in hiring for other ASEAN regions is highly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of recruitment strategies, tools, and platforms.
• Sales and negotiation skills to build and sustain client relationships.
