This position will assist the Asset Management department to develop and execute asset management strategies and plans for the real estate portfolio, including marketing strategies to optimise income and maximise assets' value.

Job Responsibilities

• Compile, verify, organise and analyse data of the Company’s properties / reporting and portfolio strategy including divestments and asset enhancement initiatives
• Portfolio Management including annual valuation and budgeting

Job Requirements

• Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business or any related discipline.
• Meticulous, with good numerical sense and ability to think out of the box
• Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint

1. Assist Parts Supervisor day to day warehouse operations;

2. Issue and receipts of parts at Parts Counter;

3. Assist in providing quotation to our dealers as and when requires.

4. Ensure all incoming stock items are checked for correct quantity, label and properly

placed at the designated location. Any damaged or discrepancy has to report to Parts

The Role

This position will support in portfolio management and fund management, as well as pursuing and evaluating business opportunities, formulating potential exit strategy and execution of asset management strategies and plans for the real estate portfolio.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop business strategies, pursue and evaluating business opportunities within South East Asia.
• Building relationships and supporting the origination of new investments and business opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategies for sourcing acquisition or investment opportunities, including specific strategies designed to achieve short and long-term growth and profit objectives.
• Formulating and recommending key capital recycling strategies and executing selected strategies to improve portfolio returns.
• Working with on-the-ground teams to manage end-to-end investment transactions including origination, research, deal evaluation and structuring, financial analysis including financial modelling, and deal negotiation and execution.
• Management of real estate projects in South East Asia to generate growing and sustainable returns.
• Oversee regional research and benchmarking to support strategic investment and asset management decisions relating to the asset portfolio.
• Preparation of management reports and board materials

Job Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Building, Real Estate, Business, Finance or any related discipline.
• At least 8 years’ of relevant working experience in Singapore and / or regional real estate investments.
• Resourceful with a keen analytical mind.
• Business and financial acumen with a proficiency in financial analysis and modeling.
• Good financial product knowledge, business development and / or development management experience and experience in commercial properties investment is an advantage.
• Excellent leadership skills, strong initiative, good business and financial acumen, and great independence in working in a fast-paced environment.
