Our client, a leading global retail MNC, is looking for suitable talents to join their growing business as Regional Payroll Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Being a business partner, supporting requests by answering daily questions and exceptional challenges
• Manage the planning, execution and accurate processing of the weekly / monthly payroll processes on systems
• Overseas and direct payroll procedures including timekeeping
• Oversee processing of payroll changes (e.g. new hires, terminations, raises) and system upgrades
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, payroll tax obligations and internal policies
• Manage the workflow within the team to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing
• Collaborate with Human Resources (HR) and Accounting teams
• Participate in cross functional activities within the company
• Liaise with auditors and manage payroll tax audits
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports
• Participate and make decisions, on an overall level, in the required work

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resource, or relevant fields
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in payroll, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a regional or multi-country payroll management role
• Proven track record of managing payroll processes for an MNC, including handling cross-border complexities
• Experience with payroll compliance and regulations in multiple countries
• Hands-on experience with payroll systems and HRIS integration
• Strong leadership and team management skills, preferably with experience in leading multi-country teams
