Key Responsibilities:

Business Analysis and Strategy Development

• Conduct in-depth analyses of client businesses, including market analysis, financial assessment, and competitive benchmarking.

Project Management

• Managing new parent enquiries promptly and effectively through a variety of communication channels (email, telephone, chat, in-person)
• Convert enquiries into customers of Agora Colearning by understanding parent and student needs, identifying suitable trials, scheduling face-to-face meetings, and promptly following up
• Work closely with our Student Care and Early Years teams to understand the parents' and students' needs and advise on suitable programme follow-ups
• Systematically manage our customer base to help identify learning needs and identify solutions from our range of offerings
