Responsibilities:
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the maritime sector, including shipping companies, vessel operators, and port authorities.
· Source, screen, and select qualified candidates for roles across various maritime disciplines such as engineering, operations, logistics, and crewing.
· Conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit for maritime roles.
· Partner with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored hiring solutions.
· Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate shortlisting, offer negotiations, and onboarding support.
· Maintain a robust talent pipeline by networking, attending industry events, and leveraging online platforms and databases.
· Stay updated on trends and regulations within the maritime industry to advise clients and candidates effectively.
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of recruitment services and meet set performance targets.
· Provide regular updates and reports to clients on recruitment progress, market insights, and candidate feedback.
· Act as a brand ambassador for the organization, promoting its services within the maritime community.
Requirements:
· Diploma or Degree in any discipline
· Proven experience in recruitment, with a focus on maritime or related industries.
· Strong understanding of maritime operations, roles, and regulatory requirements.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
· Proficiency in using recruitment tools, databases, and networking platforms.
· Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
