Hair Sales Consultant (Up to Basic + Comm $5K)

• Conduct professional scalp analysis; demonstrate features and benefits of treatment services and products.
• Boosting sales and achieving sales targets
• Recommend packages according to individual needs and conditions
• Build rapport with customer and providing good customer service and needs in relation to hair scalp enquiries
• Perform basic hands-on treatments when necessary
• Updating of customer’s progress in the treatment card and computer system

Requirements

• Experience and competent in sales with minimum 2 year of relevant experience in the beauty industry
• Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English and Mandarin
• Able to commit working on retail hours and weekends and public holidays
• Sensitive to customers’ needs and pay attention to details
• Strong sense of responsibility and urgency
• Be self-motivated
• Good team player
