Your Experience

• At least 2 years in procurement / product development / supply chain & logistics
• Experience in healthcare / FMCG / nutraceutical / pharmaceutical industry

POSSESS FORKLIFT LICENSE PREFERENCE.

• ABLE TO PERFORM PHYSICAL, HANDS-ON WAREHOUSE HAND TASKS AS ASSIGNED.

• BILINGUAL SPEAKING (FOR COMMUNICATION WITH COLLEAGUES)

•ASSIST IN HANDLING INDOOR PACKING ACTIVITIES.

• PICK UP GOODS & PLACE THEM IN DESIGNATED LOCATIONS TO BE READY FOR COLLECTION OR FOR DAILY DELIVERIES.

• ENSURE PACKING LISTS (OR PICKLISTS) ARE PROCESSED 100% ACCURATELY AND ON TIME FOR COLLECTION OR DELIVERY.

• ASSIST DELIVERY DRIVER TO CHECK & LOAD GOODS UNTO VAN OR TRUCK.

• STACKING OF INCOMING GOODS ONTO PALLETS AND TRANSPORTING THEM TO THE DESIGNATED SHELF LOCATION.

• REPACKING OF BLISTER PACKS, BUNDLE ND ETC.

• OTHER DUTIES WHICH MAY BE ASSIGNED FROM TIME TO TIME BY THE SUPERIOR.

• Able to work independently

Responsibilities:

· Provide office general administrative support, including but not limited to receiving and distributing mail/parcels, organizing inventories, data entry, scanning and filing, etc.

· Provide customer service to both internal and external customers, including but not limited to the following tasks: attending to guests and walk-in visitors, simple house keeping, attending to customer enquiries, answering phone calls, etc.

· Assist in managing expense claims and simple bookkeeping.

· Able to prepare reports/ letters

· Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

· Good computer skills, especially in Excel, Words, Power Point.

· Excellent communication skills.

· Have the initiative to improve processes.

· A fine eye for details

· Must be able to work in a fast pace environment.

· At least 1-2 years of relevant experience required.

· Positive working attitude and willing to learn.

· Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Salary Range:

SGD 2,600 - 3,200
