Roles & Responsibilities
As an HR Executive within the Compensation & Benefits team, you will play a pivotal role in provision of top-tier HR services to the organization. You will have opportunities to partner key stakeholders and work collaboratively with BUs to influence and enhance the overall employee experience through various touchpoints in the employee lifecycle.
Job Responsibilities:
- Partner with BUs and vendors as the key liaison personnel to lead payroll process (monthly, annual and off-cycle) and other payment-related matters in order to achieve optimal HR service delivery
- Custodian of employee data to ensure data hygiene for HR analytics; of which you would work alongside Senior HR to provide insights and make recommendations to align HR programmes with business needs and analysis
- To-go personnel for all HRIS, audit and compliance related matters
- Facilitate and support the implementation of HR initiatives and engagement activities whenever necessary
- Provide assistance to Senior HR in any ad-hoc HR projects and admin duties to ensure timely delivery of HR services
Job Requirements:
- Min. 2 – 3 years of HR experience, with at least 1 year of payroll experience preferred
- Digitally-savvy with a strong command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint as part of effective system management
- Meticulous, detail-oriented and skilled in analytics and report collation
- Well-versed in the Employment Act and related local labour/employment-related legislations
- Open to experience and possess a keen interest in HR and passion for building a career in the field
- Confident with strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective stakeholder management and ability to present in front of an audience
