The Job

• Customer engagement to identify their preferences and requirements for commercial vehicle leasing and sales.
• Source for new corporate accounts, including SME, MNC, Independent Contractors, and Fleet Operators.

About the Opportunity

What You'll Be Doing

• Responsible for full set of accounts for a few subsidiaries of the Group.
• Day to day operational activities including invoicing, payments, AR & AP.
• Prepare accounts schedules and reports.
• Perform quarterly GST reporting and submission.

What We Are Looking for

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• More than 3 years’ experience in handling full set of accounts.
• Competent in month end closing independently.
• Possess prior experience in utilizing Accounting software Microsoft Business Central.
• Knowledge with Xero would be an added advantage.

The Role

• Prepare and submit all system maintenance forms before the cut-off time
• Prepare payment requisition
• Prepare monthly billing for claims/promotion/new product listings, & etc
• Liaise with suppliers on promotions forms and claims and settle discrepancies
• Prepare and compile agency format for submission to marketing, store bulletin and letter of authorization to vendors

About the Job

The Graduate Studies office is responsible for the governance and development of the University’s graduate programmes, which include Graduate Certificates, Graduate Diplomas, Master's Degrees and Doctoral Degrees. In addition, the office manages admissions and recruitment of graduate students, working in close collaboration with the Schools and various academic and administrative units across the University. Job Purpose:
