Main Accountabilities

• Participate in developing and implementing the overall digital marketing strategy, including campaigns and promotions across all digital channels .

• Manage social media channels to drive engagements in the community

• Implement and tracking of paid ads across all digital channels

• End-to-end execution and management of digital marketing campaigns – from content generation and copywriting, to campaign tracking and reporting

The Senior Executive/Assistant Manager, HR Systems and Analytics is responsible for the implementation, support and maintenance of THKMC's Human Resource Information System (HRIS), services, and applications. System and Project Management

• Manage the HRIS implementations, process improvements and system enhancements for core HR processes
