Responsibilities:

• Assist Supervisor: Provide support to the supervisor in managing daily operations and ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently.
• Handle Client's Complaints: Address and resolve client complaints in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Order Entry: Accurately enter orders into the system, ensuring that all details are correct and up to date.
• Pick and Pack: Assist in picking and packing orders for delivery, ensuring that items are correctly selected and packed securely.
• Release Riders for Deliveries: Coordinate with delivery riders, releasing them for deliveries and ensuring they have all necessary information and materials.
• Attendance Taking: Maintain accurate attendance records for staff, ensuring that all employees' hours are correctly logged and reported.
