Qualifications

• Handle transactions for client companies
• Execute the full spectrum of our clients’ accounting, payroll, financial statements and related work
• Compile and submit GST
• Provide excellent client services and ensure various timelines are met
• Handle other assignments as needed

Requirements:

• Accounting degree/diploma or professional qualification in accountancy or equivalent
• Those with practical experience or pursuing an ACCA course are also welcome.
• At least 1-3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in an accounting services or corporate services firm
• About to write and speak Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers
• Experience with Quickbooks is an advantage
• Good work ethic with passion for improvements
• Eager to learn and able to work independently under pressure
• Positive attitude, meticulous and someone with initiative

• Serve as the first point of contact for the department and staff involved in assigned projects.
• Assist in answering queries or requests for information regarding projects.
• Maintain project documents, invoices, and contracts.
• Respond to emails, letters, and telephone calls.
• Liaise with suppliers and vendors to order supplies for projects and the office, including computer software or equipment and stationery.
• Create and pay invoices for contractors, clients, and suppliers of project equipment or materials.
• Submissions of project process claims and follow through on invoices.
• Organize meetings and take minutes when necessary.
• Co-ordinates HOD’s schedule including setting appointments, maintaining calendar of activities and events. Organizes and schedules meetings and conference calls.
• Collate and consolidate monthly time sheets and job costing report.
• Assists with special projects, if any.
• Performs additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Experience

• 3 years administrative experience in the built environment.

Qualification

• Diploma in Electrical Electronic Engineering

- Handle full set of accounts for clients either monthly, quarterly or yearly basis

- Meet with clients to analyse and explain financial progress

- Monitor financial data

- Assist clients in monthly reporting and submissions

- Handle general accounting activities such as bookkeeping, bank reconcilation and filling for returns

- Perform month-end and year-end closing for clients
