RESPONSIBILITIES

• Setup sound, light, and video systems for events (both at Singapore EXPO and external venue), ensuring proper configuration and functionality.

Job Requirements:
Academic Education and Work Experience:
1. Preferably degree with at least 3 - 6 years of relevant work experience, including in a supervisory position, within a customer-focused environment, preferably in an education setting
2. Understanding of frontline customer/call centre operations, with knowledge of customer service and enquiry-handling processes
3. Bilingual with good command of spoken and written English
4. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software

Purpose and Scope

The Contracts Engineering team plays a pivotal role in managing the financial & contractual provisions which is crucial to the successful delivery of building projects.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the financial & contractual provisions of all projects from pre-tender to post contract phases including quantities, variations, cost estimates, monthly claims, final accounts etc
• Work closely with Project Manager in preparing monthly updated project costing
• Develop suitable subcontract conditions for specific project requirements
• Prepare project budgeting and costing reports
• Responsible in cost estimating, quantity take off, claims preparation, variations and final accounts.
• Review of contracts, prepare tender & contract documentations, tender analysis & reporting, measurement etc

Requirements:

• Degree in Building/ Construction Management/ Quantity Surveying or its equivalent.

About the Role:

• Assist with preparing pre-qualification documents for tenders and inquires.
• Register leads/opportunities in Engage and maintain to current status, when required.
• Follow up on quotations/proposals from identified vendors/sub-contractors.

About You:

• Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
