RESPONSIBILITIES

1 Perform monthly AR functions such as billing and etc

2 Perform weekly donations finance function to check, download from the donation’s online platform and update the donor’s information into IRAS DMS online portal and to generate the Tax or Non-Tax Deductible Receipt to the individual or corporate

3 Prepare for quarterly reporting for ILTC MOH Subvention Subsidies, Medifund/FAS Statistic for half-yearly and yearly, Medifund/FAS projections and any other required government or agencies reporting

4 Prepare the quarterly GST Returns for review. And to prepare the annual long period adjustment for GST after the Audit FS is finalised

5 Prepare schedules for all balance sheet accounts on monthly basis. Review and follow up with the respective account owners on clearance of old ageing items

6 Assist to liaise with internal and external parties on various accounting matters, including external auditors for year-end audit

REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum Diploma in Accounting

- Partial to full sets of accounts knowledge

- At least 3-5 years of relevant experiences and preferably has Nursing Home exposures

- Able to handle stress and ad-hoc emergency sourcing matter

- Proficiency in MS Words, MS Excel, MS Navision, Powerpoint, etc

· Provide effective and efficient human resource services to support business growth and operations for all JR Group of companies.

· Appreciate business and operations requirements and challenges and to plan, organize and implement human resource initiatives to support business growth and operations.

· Work closely with line and functional heads to support them in manpower planning (including annual manpower budgeting), acquisition, deployment and monitoring of manpower level.

· Prepare and update job specifications, review and shortlist job applicants for line and functional heads to interview, follow-up with successful job candidates on job offer.

· Responsible for the Onboarding process for which includes, processing job application, ensuring that all the necessary documentation is obtained from the employee, to process the work pass application (if applicable), offer of employment, etc.

· Prepare and refresh orientation materials and conduct orientation for new employees.

· Work closely with line and functional heads to plan, initiate and organize training programs and development activities to make the employees more effective and competent.

· Responsible for shortlisting of suitable training courses for employees, liaise with the training providers and respective departments on training matters.

· To initiate, manage and coordinate all student internship matters with the various institutions (e.g. ITE, polytechnics, universities).

· To process and follow-up with the application for government grants and subsidies (where applicable).

· Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities including ad-hoc projects assigned.

Job Description

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payable.

• Support the preparation and processing of invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.

• Qualifications with Accounting background

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Human Resource Management / Business Administration
• 5 years’ working experience in handling full spectrum of HR & administrative roles, preferably in construction industry with a Maincon Office
• Possess basic knowledge of Whyze HR System and Ms Office Application ie Ms Word, Excel etc.
• Good knowledge of Employment Act, foreign work pass procedures
• Required Language : English and Mandarin / Good verbal commuinication skills in Mandarin to correspondence in all feedback and queries of Chinese speaking customers

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day HR operations, providing support in various HR functions, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Responsibilities:

1) Recruitment and Onboarding:

• Assist the Manager in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selection.
• Assist in facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.

2) Employee Relations:

• Handle employee queries and concerns, fostering a positive work environment.
• Mediate and resolve conflicts while ensuring adherence to company policies and local labor laws.

3) Performance Management:

• Administer performance appraisal processes and assist in developing performance improvement plans.
• Conduct training sessions to enhance employee performance and career development.

4) Compliance and Policies:

• Stay updated on regional labor laws and regulations, ensuring company compliance.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with local laws and organizational objectives.

5) HR Administration:

• Manage and maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Apply for a work visa /work permit when needed for overseas project

6) Payroll administration:

• Assist in regional payroll, Tax, staff claims, etc…

Qualifications & Experience:
