Responsibilities:

• Provide quotes and handle other inquiries related to motor insurance, clients, and partners.
• Coordinate with insurers' underwriting, processing, service, and support teams for quotes, referrals, and appeals.
• Respond promptly to Salesforce leads and inquiries.
• Prepare documentation related to completed transactions.
• Address insurance-related queries from customers and partners.
• Participate in projects aimed at enhancing the quotation process through digitalization.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a General Insurance environment.
• Hold at least 2 certificates (BCP, PGI, ComGI).
• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent qualification.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software (Salesforce).
• Knowledge of the motor insurance market is a plus.
• Experience in underwriting, claims, quotations, or insurance customer service is highly desirable.
