Seeking a driven and fit personnel. The candidate will be reporting to the Manager and supervising all functions of pickup and delivery. Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and monitor last mile deliveries.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
• Manage the processing of delivery returns from drivers and customers.
• Ensure that key performance indicators are achieved set by supervisor or manager.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
