Job Description:

• Research & analysis of market/technology trends related to business development in the Asia region (agri-food tech etc.). (including participation in exhibitions and reporting to the head office in Japan)
• Hearing and research of trend of potential partners(government-affiliated organizations, universities and startups) , and business proposal.
• Research to create new business and values, analyze, devise issues, and propose business models.
• Relation building related to ecosystem(Management and planning event / SNS)
• Make reservations such as hotel and pick-up arrangements for Japanese people who come to Singapore for business trip. Support them when they need support.
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Able to prepare report materials using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Experience of market and consumer research and analyze is required .
• Proficiency in Japanese is needed to prepare materials and reports for the Japan HQ.
• Interest in areas such as open innovation, agri-food tech and healthcare.
• Skill of Innovation and business development.
• Experience of management and planning of SNS / branding / events.
• Knowledge about biotechnology, experience about Agri-food tech region.

Japanese MNC - (Location - Aperia Tower)

· Strong in Management reporting, Balance sheet, P&L, review report

· They are not using any accounting software, just use excel

Responsibilities:

1. Management reports:

-Prepare monthly trial balance and balance sheet schedules,

-Prepare monthly and quarterly projects’ reports, ie. Payable, Receivable, and cash flow,

-Prepare monthly office cash flow and analyse cash flow balance fluctuation,

-Monitor prepayment schedules and prepare amortisation slips.

2. Review projects payment, receipt and journal slips.

3. Support yearly financial audit, mainly in preparing audit schedules to the external auditors and attending auditors’ queries. Audit schedules, for instance, but not limited to accounts receivable, prepayments, other assets, completed project listing and leases.

4. Assist in a joint venture entity (JV) accounts and GST:

-Prepare GST and file GST returns to IRAS,

-Support JV entity and JV partner’s yearly financial audit, mainly in preparing audit schedules to the external auditors and attending auditors’ queries,

-Placement of time deposit, and

-Renew of business registration with ACRA before expiry date.

5. Support Head Office accounting request as and when.

6. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirement:

• Degree / Diploma in Accountancy, ACCA or equivalent.

• To have basic knowledge on Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and GST.

• Preferable to have at least 3 years similar industry experience.

• Able to start working within short period of time

We are looking for an Executive/ Assistant Manager to join our team for assisting execution of ongoing programs and helping with the roll-out of new education programs.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to a portfolio of education programs and ensuring that the programs are completed in budget and on-schedule.

Managing Education Programs

- Track program enrolment and assist with any queries related to the enrolment process.

- Assist with the booking of venues and facilities for the programs.

- Coordinate with various vendors for materials and supplies related to the program and ensure timely deliveries

- Oversee the program execution, including manage the temp staff hired during program execution.

- Analyse and present feedback data from the programs conducted.

- Develop information materials related to the programs.

General Administrative Tasks

- Work with the program design team to understand the details of program content and delivery methods.

- Conduct outreach activities for existing and new groups of clients (mainly education institutions).

- Help with the drafting is letters and documents related to programs.

- Assist the Directors with other general Admin work (filing of documents, scheduling meetings, sending invitations, setting zoom meetings etc)

Requirements:

• A degree or diploma in a relevant field.
• 3-5 years of work experience in account management, administration, procurement or project management.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Executive or Senior Executive, Colleges and Chapters

Location: Kim Keat Rd

Working days: 5 days (Mon - Fri)
Working time: 830am-6pm (Mon-Thurs) ; 830am - 530pm (Fri)
Salary: $3300 - $4200

Job Responsible:

• Provide secretariat and admin support for Colleges/Chapters organisational needs;
• Attend to meeting notices, agenda and minutes, and meeting logistics, including Council meetings and AGMs;
• Coordinate inputs and feedback on professional opinions;
• Assist in preparation and management of operating budgets;
• Administer requests for payments and invoices;
• Assist in production and distribution of promotional materials;
• Ensure currency and accuracy of information on website;
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations;
• Handle regular continuing medical education and continuing professional development programmes and activities;
• Other duties as assigned from time to time.

Requirement:

• Degree in Business Administration/Public Relations/Marketing Communication or equivalent;
• Preferably with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Administration and Secretariat support, preferably from the healthcare industry;
• Proficient in MS office;
• Able to work beyond office hours and on weekends/Public Holidays for meetings and events. (Time off given)
