About the job

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, your responsibilities would includes

• Develop, implement, and oversee integrated marketing campaigns aimed at achieving key performance indicators and return on investment
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze post-campaign results, track budgets, and prepare detailed reports for internal review.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure seamless execution of marketing activities, enhancing awareness and engagement for the mall's events.
• Establish and nurture collaborative relationships with tenants to encourage participation in mall programs and initiatives that drive sales growth.
• Manage and enhance the mall’s social media platforms, integrating online and offline promotional activities.
• Actively monitor social media interactions and leverage insights to improve customer experience and strengthen brand identity.
• Maintain and regularly update content across digital and social media platforms to ensure relevancy and engagement.

Skills and experience required

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably within a retail environment.
• Demonstrates creativity, resourcefulness, and strong interpersonal skills.

Day-To-Day Duties

· Assist the site operation team on the daily cleaning operations

· Upkeep the cleaning standard as per contract requirements which includes executing proper cleaning techniques, in term of cleaning of toilets/ offices/ common areas/ hospital treatment area/patient room cleaning & etc assigned by the site supervisor

· Provide quality service to client and attend to complaints/ site issues

· Learn to operate/ manage technology (if any) at certain sites, eg. Robotic, quality audit system, smart toilet system monitoring/ reporting

· Follow cleaning schedule assigned by site manager and ensure the job complete according to site requirement/standard.

· Handle site inspection and paperwork as per site request

· Any other duties as assigned by Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Sales Support:

• Assist in managing relationships with key supermarket clients and retail partners.
• Support the development and implementation of sales strategies.
• Conduct detailed market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive activity.
• Prepare sales reports and provide insights into performance metrics for both our brands and partner brands.

2. Marketing Assistance:

• Help develop and coordinate marketing campaigns, promotions, and in-store activities.
• Work closely with external brands and agencies to execute marketing plans.
• Assist with designing and managing point-of-sale (POS) materials, product displays, and merchandising.
• Coordinate social media, digital, and traditional marketing efforts.

3. Analytical and Reporting Functions:

• Conduct data analysis on sales trends, customer behaviour, and market conditions to inform decision-making.
• Create and maintain dashboards for sales and marketing performance tracking.
• Analyse promotional effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement.

4. Product and Client Management:

• Assist in managing stock levels and ensuring timely replenishment for key clients.
• Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to coordinate product launches and promotions.
• Provide customer service and support to supermarket clients.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or distribution within the FMCG industry.
• Experience working with both branded products and agency brands.
• Knowledge of POS design and merchandising strategies.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Knowledge of supermarket operations and retail distribution.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
• Familiarity with CRM systems and market analysis software.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
