• Basic up to $3,500 + Variable Bonus

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day site management activities.
• Assist with M&E drawings and monitor site progress.
• Help prepare reports and documentation for project completion.
• Handle marketing tasks, coordinate with potential customers, subcontractors, and suppliers regarding company products and services.

Requirements

• Min. ITE qualification or 2 years of experience in the M&E or A&A building field.
• Relevant knowledge/experience in ACMV, Electrical, Fire Protection Systems, Plumbing, and Sanitary Services.
• Fluent in MANDARIN and English to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates.

Responsibilities

• Preparation and filing of corporate and property tax returns, payments, reports and maintenance of the Company’s tax database. Monitor and ensure the timely payment of tax liabilities
• Assist in monitoring tax audits and inquiries, including preparing responses and providing necessary documentation
• Gather necessary data for tax provision and compliance purposes from finance and execution teams

Requirement:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
• Minimum Diploma in Finance/Taxation/Accounting
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel and Word)
