Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Management

• Proficient in managing social platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Plan and manage content calendars. Ensure consistent posting by scheduling content in
  advance.
• Curate engaging content, including posts, stories, reels, and videos, that aligns with the brand’s
  voice, objectives, and campaigns, while coordinating with the marketing and creative teams to
  ensure a cohesive message across all channels.
• Understanding of social media best practices, monitor, analyze, and report on key social media
  metrics across all social media platforms.
• Responding to comments, direct messages promptly and fostering engagement across all
  platforms.
• Identify and collaborate with influencers to increase brand visibility and drive engagement.
• Regularly analyze competitor social media activity to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for
  differentiation.
• Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies.

2. Website & Email Marketing Support

• Assist in updating website banners, product images and latest promotions, ensuring content is
  up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with ongoing marketing campaigns.
• Schedule eDM according to the campaign timeline.
• Draft subject lines, content variations, and CTAs for eDM blastsDesign visually appealing graphics, images, and videos for social media posts, website banners, digital flyers, email newsletters, and other marketing materials using design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
• Execute photoshoots and video shoots as needed to produce high-quality content for various platforms.
• Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains consistency across all channels.

3. Other Marketing Activities Support

• Provide on-site photography and videography support when required.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Digital Media, or a related
  field is preferred. A Diploma in a related field with relevant experience will also be considered.
• 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing is preferred.
• Understanding of social media analytic tools, such as Meta Business Suit, FB Ad Manager and
  Titok Business Suit.
• Strong communication and copy writing skills to craft engaging, brand-aligned content.
• Proficient in using platforms such as WordPress, WooCommerce, Weebly, and Mailchimp.
• Knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
  tools is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple social media accounts, campaigns, and projects
  simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
