Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualise and produce media content (eg weekly livestream services and other approved videos)
• Be the official videographer/photographer for corporate events
• Organise and maintain photo and video archive
• Oversee media equipment usage and maintenance
• Manage team of volunteers to assist in church photography/videography
• Any other duties as assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma with 3-5 years of video production
• Creative and passionate about media and technology
• Responsible and able to take initiative towards excellence in projects
• Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator

Job Responsibilities:

Achieve the sales target given by the company

Plan strategy and implement it on existing accounts to generate more revenue from there

Consistently meeting monthly sales pipelines

Build and maintain good rapport with new and existing clients

Keep an eye on the ongoing changes in the market and propose suitable solutions to help clients with their needs

Work closely with the marketing team to execute creative and effective marketing strategies to achieve business objectives

Deliver excellent customer service

Develop and maintain digital-media relationships to expand advertising touch-points and find revenue growth

Come out with creative pitches and solutions to achieve company’s business development purposes

Job Requirements:

Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, or any relevant discipline

Minimum 3 years of working experience in similar role or sales industry

Strategic and planning skills (ability to develop strategy and plan)

Strong execution skills to deliver on growth targets

Possess good communication and negotiation skills

Able to work independently and also be a good team player

Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese

• Responsible for the full spectrum of corporate communications planning and strategies.
• Develop and implement online/offline campaigns for programmes and initiatives.
• Drive engagement on social media platforms, create and update content on various digital channels
• Track and analyse audience statistics and behaviour across all channels to identify opportunities to improve our engagements with our target audience.
• Support in SMF website revamp and content updates
• Conceptualise and work with team members to develop marketing collaterals and, e.g., eDMs, social media posts, infographics, presentation decks, etc.
• Oversee media relations and plan media events to ensure favourable and targeted media coverage
• Conceptualise storyboard for video publicity and to assist in the creation of video content.
• Provide event support to various Business Units in speech writing, photography/videography, media coverage and any other support that is required.
• Develop publications such as Annual Report and SMF quarterly magazine – SMF Connect
• Any ad hoc duties as they arise

Requirements

• Degree in communications/marketing, or related fields with at least 2 years of experience in corporate communications/marketing
• Proven experience in developing corporate communications plans and campaigns
• Experience in events management is advantageous
• Proficient with social media strategy
• Proficient with designing tools (adobe photoshop, illustrator, premiere pro and canva), MS Office Software, and Wordpress
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Team player with positive attitude
• Ability to work under pressure
