Opportunity

We are looking for a Market Manager, to focus specifically on Southeast Asia and India markets, within our Asia IAT Structure.

Our work can take on many different forms from product launch campaigns, designing omnichannel media frameworks, to identifying the right data, tech and tools solutions for Pfizer. As Market Manager, you will be able to flex across these types of work, in partnership with capability leads as needed, to ensure at all time the client’s needs are met and expectations exceeded.

If you have experience in delivering integrated campaigns (particularly, digital) for pharma brands across both HCP and consumer communications and is familiar with the different regulatory and cultural nuances of Southeast Asia and India, we want to talk to you!

Key Responsibilities

· Work closely with Pfizer and Publicis Groupe teams to deliver integrated campaigns, adapted from the global strategy, for 9 markets across Southeast Asia and India, with support from the IAT Lead.

· You will be closely connected with the rest of the IAT teams globally, and actively seek out best practices and strategies that will be relevant for your region.

· You will be the owner of the day-to-day relationship with the local market client, be seen as an essential contributor, and as such be invited to all key meetings. Leveraging on your knowledge of the regulatory landscape and cultural nuances that exists across Southeast Asia and India, you will be consistently adding value; strategically and tactically.

· Have a comprehensive understanding of the client’s business and actively seek out opportunities to drive the client’s business forward, taking the initiative to develop proposals and convert curiosity into business value for the client.

· Bringing together the right agency and/or discipline leads that will help drive the client and project forward in the right way. Knowing when to put the right people in front of the client.

· Foster close collaborate with Programme Management, Media, Data, Creative, and Production leads, to deliver on transformative marketing for Pfizer.

Skills & Experience

· At least 10 years of integrated campaign experience, particularly digital; preferably with prior experience working on Global Network Clients at a regional level.

· Experience in executing HCP & Consumer campaigns within Asia; familiar with the timelines, processes and needs for the implementation of integrated campaigns.

· Clear and concise communication style, particularly in written form.

The IAT Data Lead for Asia plays a critical role in helping lead the marketing transformation initiative within Pfizer. This individual understands that marketing today, is largely driven by technology and data. The IAT Data lead will design Pfizer’s data strategy and deliver innovate new ways to connect with patients and healthcare providers across Southeast Asia and India.

Key Responsibilities

· Collaborates effectively with both client and internal teams across Southeast Asia and India to identify specific client needs, business outcomes, and priorities that can be achieved or supported by data-driven marketing products and services developed by the data, tech and tools team.

· Converts the desired business outcomes and priorities into high potential use cases for increased data maturity, crafting client-facing proposals for use case implementation, including scope, feasibility, dependencies, and roadmaps.

· Operates as a 'data translator' - liaising with non-data experts in the wider teams to connect their priority outcomes to the art of the possible, in a way that enables client understanding of the value add from data, tech and tools.

· Develops an expert understanding of the current and potential future state of client's data, tech & tools landscape, to understand both opportunity areas and obstacles that need to be overcome.

· Incorporates outcomes from ex-Asia data, tech and tools market readiness assessments (that give a snapshot of current 1st and zero party data maturity, availability, and connections to 2nd and 3rd party sources, martech setup, audience segmentation, channel preferences, and local pharmaceutical market regulations) into locally relevant use case definition to maximize feasibility and scaling across the region.

· Adopts a cross-functional approach to data strategy that considers the omnichannel customer journey, experience mapping, and optimization, the role of paid, earned and owned media insights in developing customer understanding and segmentation, strategies for capture and enrichment of customer data, taxonomy strategy, and developing marketing effectiveness frameworks that link marketing activity to commercial outcomes.

Skills & Experience

· Must Have

o 10+ years working in a data strategy capacity or similar field where data-driven decision-making is core to the role.

o Demonstrable experience of turning analysis and observations into actionable insights that deliver value to the business, especially in the areas of audience targeting, message sequencing, communication effectiveness, brand and campaign measurement plans, and real-time campaign optimizations.

o Ability to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience, to simplify complexity, and to explain insights in a broader strategic context.

o Experience in planning and delivering data-driven strategies and understanding how they will affect the client's business.

o Awareness and knowledge of the evolving martech landscape for analytics, CRM, personalization, and media, including understanding of the relative pros & cons of solutions from different providers.

o Ability to lead data partnerships with media & data vendors that are critical to driving business growth, particularly in emerging markets where digital roadmaps are still in infancy stage.

o Skilled in cross-team collaboration with multiple internal and client-facing departments, leveraging cultural fluency to connect with Southeast Asia and India-based and ex-Asia stakeholders.

· Good-to-have:

o Experience within a pharmaceutical marketing discipline & familiarity with the pharma regulatory environment in Southeast Asia and India.

The IAT Strategy Lead for Asia plays a critical role in helping lead the marketing transformation initiative within Pfizer.

The Strategy Lead we are looking for is someone that knows the unique challenges with Asia healthcare regulatory compliance, marketing stack, measurement and marketing attribution. The Lead will combine smart lateral thinking with the drive for effective results. With a broad spectrum of experience, the Lead will drive connected thinking, be it marketing planning, or business consulting, for Southeast Asia and India.

Key Responsibilities

· Partner with Pfizer to effectively tailor the global business strategies for Southeast Asia and India.

· Develop and execute precise in-market marketing strategies across Specialty Care, Primary Care, and Oncology.

· Collaborate with Pfizer and the data, tech, and data team. Use advanced analytics tools, CRM systems, and varied data resources to interpret market insights.

· Enhance engagement with HCPs and consumers across traditional and digital touchpoints.

· Set, track and analyze marketing performance, utilizing insights to optimize strategies and achieve objectives.

· Represent the voice of HCPs and consumers in all work streams, translating insights into actionable strategies.

Skills & Experience

· Minimum 10 years in marketing strategy or related fields, of which at least 5 years were in pharma or consumer healthcare.

· Familiarity with the Southeast Asia and India pharma landscape, possess an understanding of the nuances of the different markets across different therapeutic categories.

· Ability to translate data into practical business solutions, simplify complex concepts, and actively collaborate through various mediums like presentations, workshops and briefs. Actively listen to others to refine and perfect strategies collaboratively.

· Be well-versed in commonly used and emerging insight tools, media technology, channels, and industry terminology.

· Expertise across various media types in HCP and DTC communications.

· Demonstrated ability to work within a regional, multi-disciplinary team structure.

You will be the face of Live10 and your role is to entertain an audience through regularly scheduled livecast / pre-recorded programs. As part of the core team, you will also be leading end-to-end efforts from program development, to production cycle, and presenting shows and interviewing guests!

• Planning and rehearsing shows
• Introduce and host scheduled livecast programs as Live10’s ambassador
• Conduct research and develop scripts and storyboard on topics or items featured on programs

Qualifications

Overview of Partnerships Team / Unit

The Partnerships Team develops and builds partnerships and relationships that drive income to support WWF’s conservation goals. The team’s aim is to contribute significant, sustainable levels of philanthropic funding from 1) high-networth individuals (HNWI) 2) trusts and foundations, 3) companies to support the local (Singapore-based) and regional (mainly South-East Asia) conservation, sustainability and education programmes in order to advance WWF-Singapore’s mission.

The team works closely with the Senior Management Team and peers in Conservation, Communications, Sustainable Finance, and Accounting and Finance teams to effectively contribute to the implementation of WWF-Singapore’s partnerships and philanthropic strategy.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, people person with a positive attitude that could help manage and steward WWF’s partnerships. This is a maternity cover role and you will be working closely with our core team to drive long-term partnerships with new and existing partners as well as engaging them through different activities.

Primary Role in Stewardship & Communications (85%) Account Management & Relationship Building

• Multitask and manage medium to priority partnerships and ensure that existing partners are stewarded appropriately, resulting in profitable long-term partnerships.
• Maintain open lines of communication with partners and/or relevant stakeholders to foster strong relationships and ensure they are informed.
• Proactively identify partnership-related issues and challenges, communicate and implement timely solutions.
• Map partnership outcomes according to agreement terms and provide regular impact reporting to partners.
• Work with the relevant Project Team to ensure progress of partnership outcomes and deliverables are on track as per agreement.
• Responsible for managing, tracking and spending of funds received by certain partnerships, in close collaboration and alignment with the Project and Finance teams.
• Gather data and insights from the partnerships managed to be shared with the Stewardship Team for the development of long-term partnership strategies and retention plans.

Strategic Partnership Communications

• Work closely with the Partnership Communications lead on communications-related deliverables under partnerships.
• Work together with the Communications Team on development of thought leadership, PR & Media pieces for partnerships.
• To analyse, monitor and explore opportunities to communicate about partnerships through various channels.
• Co-lead the execution of the Annual Partnership Reports to recognise key partnerships and maintain transparency as part of network standards.
• Co-lead the development of the quarterly Partnerships Newsletter to communicate project updates and key highlights to the partnerships database.

Corporate Engagements

• Lead the planning and execution of community or employee engagement activities for corporate partners (eg. Green Talks, Workshops etc.).
• Work with relevant internal and external stakeholders to deliver engagements effectively.

Secondary Role in Engagements & Fundraising (15%) Business Expansion

• Support the Partnership development team with any business development activity as required.
• Identify new opportunities within existing partnership to expand the scope of work and raise more funding for WWF’s conservation work in Singapore and regionally

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Corporate Marketing, Events, Marketing or Communications or any other relevant field.
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in Agency, Corporate Marketing, Client Servicing and/or Event Management preferred.
• Previous work experience in an international NGO sector will be an advantage.
• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in the English language. Bilingual is a plus.

• Possess strong account management or client servicing skills

Working Relationships
