We are expanding our portfolio of clients to SEA countries including event management services for Luxury and Fashion clients. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Event Manager to join our team and contribute to the success of our high-profile events in SG and beyond.

Responsibilities:

1. Event Planning and Execution:

• Plan, organize, and execute fashion-focused events, ensuring seamless operations and a high level of client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external vendors to deliver events that align with brand objectives.

2. Budget Management:

• Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure favourable terms and pricing.

3. Venue Coordination:

• Identify and secure suitable event venues in alignment with the agency's aesthetic and client requirements.
• Oversee venue setup, ensuring it reflects the brand's image and meets event objectives.

4. Logistics and Timeline Management:

• Create detailed event timelines and oversee logistics to guarantee smooth event flow.
• Anticipate and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during events

5. Stakeholder Communication:

• Communicate effectively with clients, partners, and internal teams to ensure all parties are well-informed and aligned with event goals.

6. Post-event Evaluation/ Reporting:

• Conduct thorough evaluations of events, gathering feedback and metrics to continuously improve future projects.
• Provide comprehensive event reports to clients and management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Event Manager, preferably in the fashion or lifestyle industry.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Account Managers serve as the primary client contact and project manager, and are responsible for ensuring deliverables are met to standard and timelines. They are part of the Client Services team, which is responsible for overseeing and supervising all client activity, including managing, developing, and growing client relationships within their portfolio for retention and growth of the client base.

The PR Account Manager should be familiar with the media landscape in the region, has the ability to identify and secure stories of interest for clients, and assume the role of the client's trusted partner.

Client

• End-to-end management of client projects, ensuring delivery on time, on budget and to agreed quality standard
• Be the client’s “trusted advisor” – Maintain a functional, day-to-day relationship with clients
• Support in the creation and implementation of clients' marcomms plan, specifically public relations and media communications
• Conceptualise relevant story ideas and secure media interests
• Nurture accounts to drive organic revenue growth through development planning

Company

• Maintain positive working relations with colleagues, agency partners and suppliers globally to ensure the product/service delivered is aligned with clients’ requirements
• Build and maintain positive relations with relevant media and industry stakeholders

Essential

• Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing communications agency space, ideally in B2B PR and media relations
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Established positive relationships with relevant stakeholders in the industry, including media
• Experience managing complexity and nuance from a marcomms standpoint, with a clear attention to detail and demonstrated ability to create clarity out of chaos
• Work with delivery teams across timezones to create and execute plans that meet clients’ business objectives
• Manage resources with effectiveness and efficiency, delegate responsibilities as appropriate
• Effective client management skills, including active listening, attention to detail, troubleshooting and proactively management of relationships
• Ability to maintain composure under adversity and exercise independent and fair consensus-building skills when conflict arises
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office

Desirable

• Degree in relevant field (ideally in communications, public relations, marketing communications, business management, or a related subject)

The Garcha Group Hotel Collection is looking for a Social Media Strategist to create and execute effective growth and engagement strategies based on insights, maintaining brand equity across different social communities and channels.

Main responsibilities include:

The role of Film Director's Assistant requires working closely with the director throughout the production process. Involvement begins at the pre-production stage through to post production.

This role requires the ability to be well organized, flexible and have good overview of the production process. Day-to-day tasks may include drafting scripts and treatment, liaising between producers, arranging and following up on meetings, assisting with ad-hoc duties.

Job Scope

• Work closely with the film director and writers in providing creative input for the script and storyboard.
• Read and analyse scripts, drafting proposals and putting together treatment.
• Assist the director in liaising with casting directors and producers in selecting talents and locations.
• Assist in meetings with key departments such as camera, art department, wardrobe pre, post and during filming.
• Assist in managing director's schedule and filming schedule with the producer and adhering to it.
• Work with the editor to create the offline and online cuts of the film.
• Source for required additions to the film i.e. stock footage/ music.

Requirements:

• A diploma or degree in Film/Production/Art/Mass Comm/Advertising/ or equivalent.
• Great passion for film and cinematography.
• Have an awareness and knowledge of camera equipment and cinematography.
• Technical production skills that will aid in completing the job scope.
• Flexibility in timings and travelling.
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Great attention for detail, ability to multitask, highly organised and excellent time-management skills.
• Proficient with Mac OS, Keynote, Microsoft Office Suite.
