- Continuously refine AI model testing and training datasets to enhance content quality and marketing effectiveness.

- Perform basic data analysis to identify user behaviour patterns and preferences, informing content creation and marketing strategies.

- Ensure AI-generated content complies with brand guidelines, legal standards, and ethical practices.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, data analytics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

- Have experience in social media or digital marketing, with a solid understanding of platforms like WeChat, Little Red Book, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

Responsiblities

Involve in one or more teams in supporting and upkeeping our Satellite Communication systems running smoothly through

• Troubleshooting works, of integrated systems consisting of electrical, mechanical and electronic subsystems in both indoor and outdoor environment

• Workshop bench test to troubleshoot faulty Radio Frequency and baseband equipment using common engineering tools and support test equipment

• Technical writing of Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP) of Radio Frequency and baseband equipment

• Technical writing of documents like work instructions and manuals

• Proficient in the use of support test equipment like multimeter, spectrum analyzer and power meter

• Proficient in operating simple tools

• Able to understand Radio Frequency Engineering drawings or Electrical circuits

• Supporting of overseas exercises when called for

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering in Electrical/Electronics and Communication / Information Technology or equivalent

• Possess at least 5 years of maintenance/operating experience on the Satellite Communication system or with Alcatel/Cisco switch and router networking and Information Technology administration experience

• Ability to learn and pick up skills quickly

• Good leadership

• Self-motivated

• Possess Class 3 driving license is an added advantage

• Standby/recall duties are required on the rotational basis

• Must be willing to travel at short notice

• Working location is in Ang Mo Kio

What we're looking for

• Diploma and/ or Bachelor Degree in Mass Communications/ Public Relations/ Journalism
• 3 - 5 years of experience in handling social media preferably within the healthcare services
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful communication strategies that drive business growth
• Proficiency in digital and social media platforms, with the ability to leverage them for strategic communication purpose

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the management team to develop and establish the hotel brand identity.
• Assist the Marketing Manager to develop and execute strategic marketing plans to promote the hotel's pre-opening phase.
