Responsibilities:
- Support Assistant Director (Social Media) in developing content strategies and implementing integrated marketing initiatives and engagement plans to drive brand equity while ensuring brand integrity, through strategic partnerships, digital, social media and other marketing touchpoints.
- Identify industry trends and lead the growth and content creation for platforms that are effective in reaching out to specific target audience on the various platforms (Facebook, Tik Tok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other emerging platforms).
- Foster a positive and interactive social media community environment by actively engaging with the company's social media community and responding to comments and messages in a timely manner, and seeking opportunities to create content that encourages community interaction and engagement.
- Work closely with appointed creative and/or media agencies to execute integrated marketing projects within stipulated timeline, campaign calendar, media plan and budget allocated.
- Actively shape the company's brand and reputation, stay abreast of latest digital trends and best practices, and drive strategic partnerships in today’s evolving digital landscape.
- Work collaboratively with Marketing and Digital Communications colleagues and various stakeholders to manage marketing initiatives, recommend cross collaborations, and synergise marketing efforts.
- Prepare reports and decks to measure the performance of social media channels and campaigns, enabling strategic recommendations and achieve KPIs.
- Set content planning calendar, coordinate cross-functional activities and planning processes, community management for social channels, manage timelines and ensure timely completion of all deliverables efficiently.
- Support capability development initiatives by coordinating peer learning/sharing sessions and developing resources such as playbooks, guides or SOPs to ensure operational effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Minimum - 3 years of experience in digital communications and analytics, social media, content and visual design
- Desired - Above criteria and 3 - 5 years of experience in delivering marketing campaigns based on research, data and insight.
- Proven track record in project management: Organised, ensure successful management of relevant admin and procurement timelines, deliverables, and outcomes.
- Storytelling Skills: A wordsmith with a flair for storytelling and that can make complex information interesting and impactful; an eye for captivating visuals
- Excellent written, oral and interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively interface with management, staff and external partners.
- Proficient in paid media strategies, social media platforms, Powerpoint, Excel and Canva.
- Well-versed in data dashboards and visualization tools.
