Roles and Responsibilities
As a Webmaster within our Digital Communications Team (part of Corporate Communications), you will be crucial in managing and enhancing our corporate website, a key part of our brand image. You will grow our digital presence by collaborating closely with the communications team, graphic designers, and IT professionals to ensure our website is engaging, up-to-date, and aligned with our corporate branding objectives. Your expertise in SEO, web analytics and UI/UX will drive our online presence, ensuring optimal performance and visibility.
Corporate Website Management
-Collaborate with the communications team and graphic designers to create high-quality content, including stories, graphics, and videos. -Manage day-to-day content updates and ongoing upgrades to the website.
-Develop and implement the strategy and editorial direction of the corporate website.
-Keep the homepage and key sections fresh with engaging content to attract target audiences, including the public healthcare and tech sectors, and achieve communication goals.
-Work with Corporate IT and vendors to address technical issues and ensure optimal website performance.
-Review page layouts for accuracy and creativity, suggesting improvements as needed.
-Ensure all website content adheres to corporate branding guidelines.
-Understand information display hierarchy and webpage visual layout concepts.
-Contribute content ideas and create content for corporate social media channels, integrating the website strategy with social media efforts.
Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
-Identify and execute opportunities to improve our company’s search ranking for key healthtech-related terms.
-Manage both on-page and off-page SEO for the company.
-Manage and improve organic search engine performance based on clickthrough rates, traffic, and conversions.
-Stay updated with the latest SEO trends and changes for major search engines.
-Collaborate with content marketing and blog contributors to create high-quality, relevant and SEO-optimised content.
REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Corporate Communications, Digital Communications, Digital Marketing, Web Development, or other relevant disciplines.
Experience:
-At least 7 years of proven experience in managing websites, including planning, reviewing, editing, and publishing content.
-In-depth knowledge of search ranking optimisation factors and key algorithm updates.
-Proficiency in web analytics software and keyword tools.
-Experience with data-driven SEO analysis and optimisation.
-Content marketing, editorial and UI/UX experience is preferred.
Skills Requirement:
-Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
-Excellent written and oral communication skills.
-Ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
-Strong understanding of information display hierarchy and webpage visual layout concepts, including user journeys and behaviours.
-Coding skills are not required. However, a good understanding of website development concepts is highly beneficial.
