Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive marketing strategy and growth marketing strategies within the Chinese market.
• Develop, implement, and manage our company’s social media strategy across WeChat, Xiao Hong Shu, Douyin and other relevant Chinese platforms.
• Implement and manage Chinese digital marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring alignment with overall business needs.
• Be involved with content creation including design, editorial and copy-writing for social media and other marketing collateral for product and recruitment marketing campaigns.
• Expand and engage with our audience and potential clients on Chinese social media.
• Assist in marketing our services to Chinese clients and be a bridge between them and our sales team.
• Track the latest trends and research on relevant topics in the Chinese industry.

Requirements:

• Degree in any field.
• Familiar with navigating Chinese social media platforms (WeChat, Xiao Hong Shu, Douyin, Weibo, etc).
• Effectively bilingual, with excellent written and spoken communication skills. Having translation skills will be a plus.
• Proficient in content creation/designing tools (eg. Canva, etc).
• Basic video production and editing experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Video Content Creation & Development

 Content Production: Create and edit short-form video content tailored for TikTok and Instagram Reels that aligns with our brand voice.

 Creative Execution: Develop engaging video concepts and execute them with an understanding of platform-specific trends, challenges, and formats.

 Storytelling: Use creative storytelling techniques to create content that engages audiences and enhances brand visibility.

2. Social Media Strategy Support

 Campaign Integration: Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with overall campaign goals and promotions.

3. Collaboration

 Team Coordination: Work closely with the marketing, e-commerce, and product design teams to ensure content aligns with overall brand messaging and strategy.

Requirements:

Minimum education is Diploma but we also welcome students from NAFA, LASALLE, SOTA, or similar art-related institutions.

Content Creation Skills: Experience in creating social media video content, specifically for TikTok and Instagram Reels.

Video Editing Skills: Experience working with short form video editing

applications such as CapCut.
