We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Digital Marketing and Partnership Executive to manage our digital marketing efforts and provide partnership support to our revenue team in order to elevate our brand, foster audience engagement and expand our reach. This role will require you to execute and optimize digital marketing strategies across various social media channels, specifically focusing on Asia and Greater China, while also supporting our revenue team in executing sales strategics and nurturing partnerships across Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Content Creation: Develop compelling and engaging content for a variety of social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, Line, and LinkedIn, to build brand awareness and drive engagement.
- Social Media Management: Monitor, manage, and respond to comments and messages across all social media channels, engaging with followers to strengthen online communities, amplify our brand message, and increase our reach.
- Brand Consistency: Collaborate with the creative and content teams to ensure that all social media content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains consistency across all platforms.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimizing future campaigns.
- Trend Awareness: Stay informed on the latest social media trends, platform algorithms, and best practices, integrating these insights into our digital marketing strategies.
- Partnership Support: Assist the revenue team in executing their sales strategies and building partnership to drive revenue growth especially in Africa and the Middle East.
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma in Language, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences, with a proven track record of creating engaging social media content
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Proficiency in Chinese language is required for social media content creation and management to connect with our target audiences in Greater China and Southeast Asia
- A genuine interest in English, Japanese anime, and Korean content will be beneficial in connecting with our target audiences
- Experience with Photoshop, video editing, and content creation tools, along with a creative mindset and an eye for design
- Strong time-management abilities and the capacity to juggle multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional team to achieve goals
