Job Responsiblities

• Arrange admissions interviews and process registrations for prospective students
• Sending Acceptance Package documents and Student Contracts for students’ signature
• Handle Student Pass/Visa applications for foreign students
• Monitor the Admissions Status table to ensure timeliness of above processes and service quality.
• Filing documents electronically in a prompt and accurate manner.
• Manage front desk activities eg. receiving phone calls, student admin enquiries and routing to respective departments
• Support ad-hoc school events (eg. Open House, Graduation Ceremony)
• Handle students’ adminstrative requests with support from other departments
• Other tasks related to student admissions and school administration, such as handling adhoc incoming payments (eg. student card replacement fee), or contacting students to gather information

Qualification/Skills

• Candidate should possess at least NITEC and above.
• At least 1 year of working experience, preferably in administrative roles.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Highly responsible and detail oriented
• Willingness to learn
• Comfortable with Microsoft Excel and Word

Responsibilities:

• Write and develop impactful content in multiple formats to include editorial articles, videos/webinars, marketing brochures, infographics, event collateral, social media posts, amongst others
• Manage the Firm’s social media platform to include content coordination, development and execution
• Build and maintain relationships with the media and coordinate all media requests and activities
• Developing business pitches and proposals across practice groups
• Managing Firm award submissions to include coordinating, providing recommendations on and drafting of submissions, and organising research interviews with internal and external stakeholders
• Developing and maintaining written profiles of lawyers in the Firm
• Overseeing the coordination of marketing sponsorships
• Supporting the team in events organisation and execution

Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications or a business-related discipline from a recognised tertiary institution
• A minimum of 2 years’ or more (for the senior role) related working experience
• Prior experience in a law firm or professional services firm is advantageous but not a pre-requisite.
• Exceptional writing ability
• A good command of the Chinese language (spoken and written) is advantageous
• Excellent verbal communication skills and detail oriented
• Strong time management and organisational skills
• Proficient in the full suite of Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge and experience in the use of Adobe Suite, Adobe Premiere Rush/Pro, DaVinci Resolve would be advantageous

As a Digital Content Designer, you will play a crucial role in developing engaging and visually appealing digital creatives across various platforms. The ideal candidate possesses a keen eye for design aesthetics and is adept at translating ideas into compelling visuals.

• Develop and design visually compelling digital content, including graphics, images, and videos, that align with brand guidelines and resonate with target audiences.
• Collaborate with our Marketing team to create cohesive and effective creatives that support our digital paid advertisements, social media posts and physical collaterals.
• Stay informed about industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to ensure the continuous improvement of digital content quality and innovation.

Requirements

Requirement

1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as film directing, editing, or related disciplines.

2. Work Experience: Over 1 year of experience in content creation or marketing-related roles.

3. Industry Experience: Prior experience on the internet, mobile internet, e-commerce, or new media industry is preferred.

4. Professional Skills:

- Skills in video content creation, editing, and shooting.

- In-depth understanding of marketing, social media, and content operations. Priority given to those with local resources.

- Strong market awareness with the ability to keenly grasp market trends, hot topics, and their development directions.
