Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Marketing Mass Communications, Creative Media Design, Digital marketing, Marketing, Advertising and relevant fields
• Preferably work experience in handling E-commerce platform
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and knowledge in Photoshop, Illustrator and video editing software
• Knowledge in other word processing and web analytics tools will be an advantage
• Creative, detail-oriented, proactive and result-oriented
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines

Job Description

As a Social Media Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement. You will utilize various social media platforms to promote products/services, create compelling content, and engage with the target audience.

• Develop and execute social media strategies to meet marketing goals and increase brand awareness.
• Manage social media platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, XiaoHongShu, Tiktok) and create engaging content.
• Conduct research and stay updated with social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools and generate insightful reports.
• Engage with the online community, respond to comments/messages, and address customer inquiries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (such as content creators, designers, and marketing) to ensure consistent brand messaging.
