Job Description:

• Report to Construction Manager/Project Manager
• To assist in site supervision works
• Coordinate internally with inter-department and externally with clients & consultants
• Coordinating for the project planning, documentation and execution of works on site
• Coordination, supervision & monitoring of the progress of the project works on site, manpower mobilization, materials planning & ordering
• Coordinate with the contractor and suppliers on all project implementation issues and attend site meetings when required
• Coordinate for all submissions
• Produce weekly site progress report and necessary submissions
• Attend meetings, conduct site inspection on work progress to ensure quality control in accordance to meet authority requirements.

Job Requirement：

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• At least 3 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Experience in reinforced concrete building and architectural design is an advantage
• Able to work well under pressure
• Effective communication, coordination skills and team work
• Able to work 6 working days
• To be based in project site office.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handle public complaints and feedback related to project site.
• Prepare letters and notices to communicate with community and residents regarding development of project.
• Implement public relationship programme.
• Arrange and attend meetings on public relation matters with project team where necessary.
• Prepare a monthly report to update on the feedbacks and complaints.
• Maintain good relationship with clients and residents.
• Assist other general administrative support to the project teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Specification:

• Diploma or Degree in any field.
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience working in a public-facing role.
• Willing to work at site office environment.
• Good communication skills.
• MRT working experience would be an added advantage.

Internship Overview

We are on the lookout for a Marketing Intern to support our team across social media management and event planning. This opportunity includes hands-on experience writing for and managing the global social media accounts of our manufacturing & design brands as well as playing an active role in planning and executing face-to-face, fan & community events in Singapore. On-boarding training and occasional work-from-home days will be provided. This internship is also open to recent graduates who are passionate about music, content creation, digital marketing, and event planning.

What you’ll do
Content Creation

• Develop and pitch innovative, creative ideas, effectively communicating the potential impact and value they can bring
• Create and write effective content to market our musical instrument brands, its products and campaigns across multiple channels (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube)
• Brainstorm & participate in the conceptualisation of our brands’ social media calendars
• Assist in the conceptualisation of high quality, inspiring, and thumb-stopping content

Content Upload

• Plan, schedule, and execute daily content uploads for Instagram, Facebook and YouTube
• Monthly reporting of social media analytics

Online Community Management

• Engage with our brands’ community and fans through social media
• Identifying and cultivating high quality impactful user-generated content

Artist & Event Support

• Get hands-on experience developing and executing exciting artist and fan-centric events with local and international talent

• Experience with Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs)

• Able to commit to 6 months internship (full time; Monday to Friday; 2-days in office per week)

• Ensure compliance and practice of Company's engineering works comply with all relevant Statutory standards, Regulations and Codes of Practices in conformance with local standards and legislations.

Social Media Management Intern - Roles & Responsibilities

• Platform Management: Intern to manage and create content for the PRISM+ TikTok Channel and other social media platforms when necessary.
• Video Editing: Editing short-form videos with footage captured by the social media team on Adobe Premiere. Camera skills are a bonus, but not necessary.
• On-Screen Talent: May or may not participate as on-screen talent for organic and paid content from time to time.

• Undergraduate/Graduate from a local university - Business, Marketing, Mass Communication or other relevant courses
• Able to use Adobe Premier Pro / Capcut
