Summary

In this role, you'll oversee internal communication channels and drive content development, collaborating closely with the team and colleagues across the organisation to advance strategic goals. Your ability to identify and develop messages that resonate with diverse audience segments will be crucial.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute internal communications plans and initiatives aligned with organisational goals.
• Manage and oversee the internal communications channels and content delivery such as email broadcasts, videos, etc.
• Create engaging and informative content for various communication channels, for example, newsletters, intranet, emails, and social media platforms.
• Ensure consistency and alignment of messaging across all channels.
• Execute end-to-end internal/employee initiatives and campaigns.
• Function as liaison between leadership and employees to convey key business messages or updates.
• Provide sound counsel to stakeholders, as needed.
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of internal communication strategies, adjusting as needed.
• Support in preparing presentations, speeches, and communications for key executives.
• Support corporate or marketing collateral development such as brochures and videos.
• Arrange and oversee video and photography shoots to achieve desired outcomes.
• Provide guidance on corporate branding to stakeholders, in accordance with existing policies and guidelines.
• Organise and coordinate events, and help drive employee/community outreach, engagements, and activities.

• University degree with at least 6 years of relevant experience in a large, global and matrix B2B organisation.
• Experience in a PR agency is an added advantage.
• Outstanding stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels of the organisation.
• A strong command of English with excellent writing and oral skills, as well as the ability to develop compelling content for a variety of audiences and channels.
• Experience in managing events.
• Experience in using online content management systems and design platforms.

Communications •

• Gatekeeping of corporate collaterals of CAS, ensuring it follows CAS brand guide
• Writing and vetting of various corporate communications. (e.g. Speeches, Decks, Media enquiries, Annual Report, Press Releases)
• Create, design and curate pieces for CAS’ digital e-newsletter
• Developing and designing collaterals and mailers (digital and traditional) for projects and events.
• Curating and executing digital campaigns on Mailchimp and GivingSG to engage and grow the digital database.
• Manage strategic messaging, planning and executing social media content plans for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and CAS’ website contents
• Produce donor impact report, annual report or other marketing/educational collaterals and curate content for public consumption
• Seek information on the latest trends and resources in corporate communications
• Perform the function of a secretariat for committee meetings
• Establish and maintain regular communications & engagement with internal & external stakeholders through various communications channels
• Develop and maintain good relationships with media partners
• Coordinate and arrange approved visits to Melrose Home and Melrose Care Donor Relations
• Assist in planning and executing fundraising programmes and events.
• Engaging potential donors through comms.
• Manage all comms for fundraising programmes and events.
• Provide support for all fundraising, outreach and ad-hoc events.
• To perform any other duties assigned by the Manager, Community Partnership or Executive Director

Technical Competencies:

• Diploma or Degree in Communications, Marketing or Business Management preferred.
• A strong command of the English language with an ability to write creatively; should have some passion for writing.
• Effectively bilingual, both written and spoken advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and design software

• Support the Media Director in ensuring that we deliver high client satisfaction scores (which means we constantly have a pulse on the relationship)
• Lead on day to day running of the account with clients & agency partners
• Assist in mentoring, and developing team members
• Develop and execute integrated media plans across various offline and online channels with the goal of driving client business objectives: account openings and card sign ups.
• Manage daily workflow of top, mid and bottom funnel campaigns. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of media plans with overall marketing strategy.
• Propose and manage client media budgets to drive business targets.
• Overlooking and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across the channel mix including SEM, programmatic display, paid social and retargeting to drive leads and conversions.
• Ensure best practice for Search, Programmatic Display and Social buying and planning
• Ensure on-going test and learns to drive campaign performance
• Make in-depth recommendations based on strong grasp of analytics, marketing & research concepts
